In 2024, China's economy will still face both opportunities and challenges. The recently concluded Two Sessions has drawn a blueprint for various industries. How to interpret the insights from Two Sessions? Meet us on 23 March at a Guanghua-Kellogg EMBA Sample Class to gain insights into the question.
Professor Yao TANG, from the Department of Applied Economics at Guanghua, Peking University, will present on the topic "Balancing Quality and Growth: Insights from the 'Two Sessions'". He will primarily address three key inquiries:
1. How to understand "New Quality Productive Forces"?
2. What are the headwinds and policies in place to achieve the 5% growth target?
3. What signs to watch in assessing the growth prospect of China's economy?

唐遙博士為北京大學(xué)光華管理學(xué)院應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)系副教授，中信改革發(fā)展研究基金會(huì)研究員。2009年加拿大不列顛哥倫比亞大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士畢業(yè)。2009到2016年在美國的鮑登學(xué)院（Bowdoin College）任教，歷任助理教授、副教授。主要研究方向?yàn)楹暧^經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和碳中和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。
Dr. TANG Yao is an associate professor in the department of applied economics, a research fellow at the CITIC Foundation for Reform and Development. He holds a PhD. in Economics from University of British Columbia in 2009. He was an associate professor from Bowdoin College in United States before he joined Guanghua. His research interests include monetary economics, international economics and carbon neutrality.

馬力教授在華盛頓大學(xué)取得管理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。他的研究專長為跨國談判、沖突管理、參與式管理，特別是在國際情景下。曾在MIT Sloan Management Review, Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, 《心理學(xué)報(bào)》, 《管理世界》, 《經(jīng)濟(jì)科學(xué)》, 《管理工程學(xué)報(bào)》等學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表研究成果。
Professor Li MA obtained his Ph.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. He studies negotiation, conflict management, and participative management, especially in international contexts. His publications appear in journals such as MIT Sloan Management Review, Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Management and Organization Review, Journal of International Business Studies, and a number of Chinese academic journals.
